Welcome Event
each year we start the week with a welcome event where all the athletes can meet up with old friends and make new ones. The athletes also collect their welcome pack and any merchandise they have ordered
Athlete Parade
every year we hold an athlete street parade on the Monday morning. All the teams gather and walk a pre planned route through local streets. Members of the public line the streets to welcome the athletes to the region. At the end of the parade the athletes are officially welcomed, the games are announced open, the Tri State Flag is raised and a local athlete will read the athletes oath
Theme Night
Each year we have a “Theme Night” after all, we all love a chance to dress up and have a laugh! We have had lots of different themes over the years including Bogan, “Out of This World” , Superhero, 50’s, hippy, beach and so many more!
Gala Night
The Gala night is a wonderful way of finishing the week. All the overall winners are announced for each category and trophies are presented before the party carries on and the Games are Officially Closed.
